We are always thinking about you! Your health and safety are our top priorities. We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. Here are some steps we are taking to protect everyone in this ever-evolving situation:
NEW PROCESSES FOR CLEANLINESS
- We are diligently following guidance and best practices from Health Canada
- The facility is now installed with sanitizers at every possible accessible location (Sales, Service, and Admin)
- We have cleaners who sanitize the whole dealership every night to keep the premises clean and safe
- We are requiring that anyone exhibiting flu-like symptoms are to stay home, self-isolate and monitor for 14 days.
NEW SALES PROCESSES
- Our sales team are able to handle all aspects of the sale in a virtual manner. We are doing deals over the phone so that you take advantage of this month’s new car and pre-owned cars programs.
- Every new and pre-owned vehicle is being sanitized thoroughly before delivery.
NEW SERVICE PROCESSES
Valet service is now available – if preferred we can pick up and deliver the vehicle to and from the customer’s home.
